Salumificio San Carlo today holds the following certifications: ISO 9001, BRC, IFS, ISO 22000.

 

Besides aiming at product Quality, the company is at the same time committed to respecting the environment, an objective that has been rewarded with the attribution of EMAS national environmental certification no. 109. In addition to that, in 2008 the company was certified on occupational safety and health standards, according to the norm 45001.
