HOW TO MAKE

Wrap the prunes and dates one by one in the slices of Guanciale.

Place them on an oven tray, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and put everything under the grill for a few minutes.

Serve with a good Italian sparkling wine or a glass of Prosecco DOCG.
