HOW TO MAKE

  • Wrap the prunes and dates one by one in the slices of Guanciale.

  • Place them on an oven tray, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and put everything under the grill for a few minutes.

  • Serve with a good Italian sparkling wine or a glass of Prosecco DOCG.
