INGREDIENTS
Pork loin of Salumificio San Carlo
Taggiasca olives (pitted)
Grana Padano cheese flakes
Orange
Lemons of Sorrento
Fresh oregano leaves
Extra virgin olive oil q.b
HOW TO MAKE

Arrange the pork loin slices on the plates.

Add the thinly sliced lemons, Taggiasche olives and Grana Padano cheese flakes.
​

Dress with an emulsion of olive oil and the juice of the oranges and lemons.
​

Season with salt and pepper and add fresh oregano leaves to finish.
