Potatoes Gnocchi with Pancetta

INGREDIENTS

Potato gnocchi

Smoked scamorza cheese
Smoked pancetta of Salumificio San Carlo

Sage

Salt and pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil

HOW TO MAKE

  • Cut the smoked scamorza cheese into cubes.

​​

  • Cut the smoked bacon into strips and brown it in a pan with some sage leaves.

​​

  • Cook the gnocchi, drain them and place them hot in a bowl and season in layers with the cubes of scamorza and the bacon. 

​

  • Let stand a few minutes, until the cheese is completely melted. 

​​

  • A grind of black pepper to taste and serve hot.
