Potatoes Gnocchi with Pancetta

INGREDIENTS
Potato gnocchi
Smoked scamorza cheese
Smoked pancetta of Salumificio San Carlo
Sage
Salt and pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
HOW TO MAKE

Cut the smoked scamorza cheese into cubes.

Cut the smoked bacon into strips and brown it in a pan with some sage leaves.

Cook the gnocchi, drain them and place them hot in a bowl and season in layers with the cubes of scamorza and the bacon.

Let stand a few minutes, until the cheese is completely melted.

A grind of black pepper to taste and serve hot.
