White pizza & Bacon
Courgette, potatoes and stracchino cheese
INGREDIENTS

Manitoba flour 200 g
Flour 00 300 g
Water at room temperature 300 ml
Extra virgin olive oil 35 g
Fine salt 10 g
Fresh brewer's yeast 5 g
Bacon from Salumificio San Carlo
2 potatoes
2 courgettes
500 gr of stracchino
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
HOW TO MAKE

Make the pizza dough, or you can buy ready-made dough if you wish.

Peel 2 potatoes, soak them for three minutes, taking care to rinse them and cut them into thin rounds.

Take the two courgettes, wash them and, with the help of a potato peeler, cut them into thin slices.

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray and place the potatoes and courgettes on top.

Add bacon and stracchino cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and finally add a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
