Piadina with Pancetta Superba
Robiola cheese & mixed greens

INGREDIENTS

Piadina ( Italian flat bread )

Pancetta Superba of Salumificio San Carlo

Robiola cheese

Mixed greens

Vinegar (to taste)

Salt (to taste)

Extra virgin olive oil (to taste)

HOW TO MAKE

  • Heat the piadina in a pan or, if you prefer, on the hotplate. 

  • Remove from heat and top with robiola cheese and a bit of mixed greens lightly seasoned with salt, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. 

 

  • Stuff the piadina with generous slices of Pancetta Superba to finish.
