INGREDIENTS

Pancetta Piacentina DOP of Salumificio San Carlo
Chicken breast
Zucchinis
Peppers
Cherry tomatoes 
Mixed salad
Salt & Pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil

HOW TO MAKE

  • Cut the chicken breast into thick chunks and wrap them in Pancetta.

  • Cut the vegetables into chunks and skewer them along with the chicken on the skewers.​

  • Grill the skewers in a non-stick pan or on the grill, season with salt and pepper and serve with a fresh salad.
