Melon and stracciatella with Pancetta Superba
& Cosmopolitan

INGREDIENTS

Stracciatella cheese (from Puglia)

Melon

Slices of Pancetta Tesa of Salumificio San Carlo

Pepper (to taste)

Oregano (to taste)

HOW TO MAKE

  • Arrange a couple of spoonfuls of stracciatella pugliese in the bottom of a small plate.

  • Clean and cut the melon into cubes.

​​

  • Wrap the melon cubes with the Pancetta slices. 

​​

  • Arrange the melon bites on the stracciatella and complete, if desired, with a sprinkling of pepper and oregano.

COSMOPOLITAN

Vodka (80 ml)

Cointreau (30 ml)

Cranberry Juice (60 ml)

Lime Juice (30 ml)

Ice (cubes)

Orange peel
 

  • Place the ice cubes in the shaker with the vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice and lime juice.

 

  • Shake vigorously for a few minutes.

 

  • Pour the mixture into a martini glass.

 

  • Top with crushed ice and orange zest.
