Melon and stracciatella with Pancetta Superba
& Cosmopolitan
INGREDIENTS
Stracciatella cheese (from Puglia)
Melon
Slices of Pancetta Tesa of Salumificio San Carlo
Pepper (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
HOW TO MAKE

Arrange a couple of spoonfuls of stracciatella pugliese in the bottom of a small plate.

Clean and cut the melon into cubes.

Wrap the melon cubes with the Pancetta slices.
​​

Arrange the melon bites on the stracciatella and complete, if desired, with a sprinkling of pepper and oregano.
COSMOPOLITAN
Vodka (80 ml)
Cointreau (30 ml)
Cranberry Juice (60 ml)
Lime Juice (30 ml)
Ice (cubes)
Orange peel

Place the ice cubes in the shaker with the vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice and lime juice.

Shake vigorously for a few minutes.

Pour the mixture into a martini glass.

Top with crushed ice and orange zest.
