INGREDIENTS
Fennel
Orange
Mixed salad
Fiocchetto (slices)
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
HOW TO MAKE

Peel an orange and cut it into slices with fennel, add mixed salad.

Garnish with a few slice of Fiocchetto.

Season to taste with Extra Virgin Olive oil, balsamic vinegar sauce, salt and pepper.
