Fennel salad with Fiocchetto

INGREDIENTS

Fennel 

Orange

Mixed salad

Fiocchetto (slices)

Extra Virgin Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar sauce

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE

​

  • Peel an orange and cut it into slices with fennel, add mixed salad.

 

  • Garnish with a few slice of Fiocchetto.

 

  • Season to taste with Extra Virgin Olive oil, balsamic vinegar sauce, salt and pepper.
