Italian Sushi with Lomboreale
& Spritz
INGREDIENTS
Courgettes
Soft cheese
Slices of Lombo reale
HOW TO MAKE

Cut the courgette into long and thin slices, using a potato peeler;

Blanch them for a few seconds and place them on a sheet of baking paper, slightly overlapping one another;
-
Spread the courgettes with soft cheese, such as goat's cheese or robiola;
-
With a well-sharpened knife, cut it into wedges, similar to a sushi uramaki.
SPRITZ
Bitter (e.g. Aperol or Campari)
Sparkling water
Orange slice
Ice
-
Take a glass and pour in a few ice cubes.
-
Dose 3 parts of prosecco and 2 parts of a bitter of your choice (Aperol or Campari for example).

Sprinkle with a splash of sparkling water.

Add half an orange slice and shake for a cocktail that’s ready to enjoy!
