Bruschetta with Guanciale 
& Tequila Sunrise

INGREDIENTS

Bread
Guanciale of San Carlo Salumificio
(thinly sliced)
Broad beans (fresh or frozen)
Semi-mature Pecorino cheese

HOW TO MAKE

  • Toast the bread slices.

  • Add the sliced semi-matured pecorino, the thinly sliced Guanciale del Salumificio San Carlo, a few drops of honey and the shelled favette. 

TEQUILA SUNRISE

Tequila
Orange Juice
Grenadine
Cherry (for cocktails)
Orange (half slice for garnish)

  • Pour 3 ice cubes into each glass, the tequila (4.5 cl) and the orange juice (9 cl).

  • Mix well and finally add a drizzle of grenadine to create the sunrise effect. 

  • Decorate as desired with cocktail cherries and a half slice of orange.
