The harmony of pork belly, a combination of lean and fat, meets the fresh notes of orange blossom, enriched by Malvasia passita and 7 peppers.

 

A skilful combination, with which the starred chef leads us directly to new flavours:

  • Pork bellies of Italian origin for a harmonious combination of lean and fat.

 

  • Orange blossom, a typical inflorescence of Mediterranean citrus fruits, offers a fresh, flowery note 

 

  •  Malvasia passito, a traditional white wine from the Colli Piacentini, obtained by drying Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes through a process that gives it a golden straw colour and an intense, typically fruity bouquet

 

  •  Finally, the 7 peppercorns, a selection of peppercorns from all over the world, guarantee an explosion of taste and colour.
