The skilful tradition of Emilian charcuterie meets the refined notes of porcini mushrooms, enriched by the scent of vanilla berries and a generous sprinkling of white pepper.

 

A mix specially designed by Michelin-starred Chef Isa Mazzocchi: 

​

  • Pork bellies of Italian origin for a harmonious blend of lean and fat

 

  •  Dried porcini mushrooms patiently added during the rolling phase

 

  •  Intense vanilla aroma obtained thanks to the infusion of vanilla berries that give a typically sweet note 

 

  •  Finally, a traditional ingredient but in its most delicate version: white pepper.
