Salumificio San Carlo’s production includes a variety of products of Italian traditional salumeria. We are specialized in pancetta, therefore we offer flat pancetta, bacon, lean pancetta, pancetta coppata, pancetta rustica with its rind, pancetta campagnola. Beside pancetta, we produce different types of coppa (traditional in natural casing, coppa stagionata, hot coppa) and of salami: salame Milano, salame Napoli (mild or hot), spianata (mild or hot), ventricina, corallina.
We also offer traditional specialties, like guanciale (jowl), fiocchetto and lombetto (loin, or Italian lomo) and a few exclusive products, as pancetta with shaved truffle, salame with shaved truffle and coppa all’Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG.
