“Gli Stagionati” is a selected range of salumi piacentini dop, offering all the guarantees of the protected designation of origin: provenance of raw materials, limited production area, strict traditional production specifications, slicing of products restricted to the production area (province of Piacenza).

The long curing time, established by production specs for dop products, has been further prolonged for the products of this range, that are taken to traditional cellars for a final maturing period in which they develop their ideal characteristics.

Products from “Gli Stagionati” range can be found both at the counter and in convenient pre-sliced packs: slicing is carried out at a warm temperature so that the organoleptic features of the product remain unaltered. These products are presented in large transparent packages, fully displaying the soft and tasty slices.
